Design Initiative
We have taken a design initiative to lead with love and champion a mission for the betterment of the LGBT community. Bringing the Black Lives Matter in, we want to provide support for the most marginalized, by creating visibility. It's a new concept, a new campaign and a new approach to tackle racism and create inclusion and has won an NHS Award for Innovation in Diversity Related Initiatives.
